This wine is round, full-bodied with a smooth oaky bouquet, then lightly fruity with nice spicy notes.
It goes very well with red meat, meat sauce, game meat and cheese (Livarot, fermented cheese)

Wine-making: traditionnal, in stainless steel vats
Ageing: 40% in new oak barrels during 18 months, 30% in 1 year old barrels and 30% in 2 years old barrels.
