It is a quite dry sparkling wine, very easy to serve as aperitif (nature or as a Kir) or on celebration days (in cocktail).
Color: white
Grape varieties: 90% colombard and 10% sauvignon
Wine-making: traditionnal in stainless steel vats
Ageing: in bottles, for a minimum of 9 months before sale
Best served at: 12°C
To keep: 1/2 years
